Operating System Admin

Responsible for proactive management of the Linux or Windows operating systems, including full proactive monitoring and scheduled updates of the operating system. Support for applications and database are excluded from management.

Total Hosting Management

With Total Hosting Management (GT), our team works proactively. Routine activities and monitoring are performed to guarantee that your IT platform is secure and operating properly. The GT mode includes all of the Help Desk activities, but under full responsibility of our team.
