Welcome to the Bit-isle Equinix Resource Center
In December 2015, we informed our customers that Equinix, Inc.® (Equinix), through its affiliate, had acquired the Bit-isle Group including Bit-isle, siteROCK and Bit-surf. Since this time, we have been working diligently to integrate the Bit-isle systems onto our global interconnection platform, Equinix Customer One™ (ECO).
As we approach the final stages of consolidating and integrating the Bit-isle systems, customers will receive a series of email communications from Equinix. These emails will outline the changes our customers will see once the integration is complete.
The objective of this Resource Center is to support these communications and to provide additional information about these changes. Each time we send an email notification, we will add a relevant section to this Resource Center.
Customers can expect the following topics to be covered:
- Product Name and Product Description changes
- Order Processing document changes
- Invoice Information changes
- Customer Care changes
- Operational changes
Please read this information and check back regularly for updates. This information will help customers understand these changes, explain how we will implement them and will provide answers to the questions customers may have. Please be assured, our intention is to support you during this integration and to ensure there is no impact on the service levels you would expect from us.
